  • Involved in all aspects of Family Law including de-facto relationships, property and children’s matters in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia as well as matters in the Children’s Court, Magistrates’ (Family Violence) Court, County and Supreme Courts of Victoria.
  • Independently managed and responsible for files involving children, child support, adult child maintenance, sole occupancy and residence and special purpose orders, same-sex matters, family violence and intervention order matters, matrimonial property, de facto property settlements, spousal maintenance and divorce matters.
  • Acted for various complex multi-million dollar financial matters and contested matters regarding the living arrangements of young children, Hague Convention Cases (international abduction of children) and relocation cases (local, interstate and overseas).
  • Prepared Binding Financial Agreements including pre-nuptial agreements, separation agreements, divorce applications, consent orders, superannuation agreements, sperm donor agreements, surrogacy agreements, superannuation splitting and flagging orders.
  • Regular appearances in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia at Melbourne and Dandenong, including divorce applications, case conferences, contested hearings, pre-trial conferences, conciliation conferences and Mediations.
  • Appeared as a barrister and instructed counsel on a range of matters in all Family Law related jurisdictions.
  • Wills and Estates and Powers of Attorney.
  • I am a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the Family Law Section, Law Council of Australia.
  • I speak French.
